  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the specific service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
